Grassroots women have been urged to focus on the implementation of the Revitalized Peace Agreement.
South Sudan for Network and Democracy Election (SSuNDE) said women should not be left behind in the whole peace process.
Speaking to Juba Monitor yesterday at the end of a two-day workshop, SSuNDE’s Treasurer, Harriet Baka said, “Women across the globe are playing important roles as advocates of peace.
She said women can continue to influence peace building process so that they can go beyond defining peace, focus on principles of inclusion good governance and justice.
“Revitalized Peace Agreement is the only hope of South Sudanese citizens, we know very well South Sudan citizens are talking about peace,” she said.
