Tristar hands over new classrooms to Jubek State

The Tristar Transport Company has yesterday handed over new classrooms to the administration of Gabat Primary School in Jubek State.
Speaking during the handover ceremony, Jubek State Minister of Education Wani Sule Ladu said the buildings would improve learning and sanitation within the school.
He explained that the classrooms would facilitate learning activities while the toilets would be useful for the girls.
“It is a complementary to the work of the government, that (classrooms) can accommodate 72 pupils. It is a great job to improve the sanitation and environment in the school,” Sule said.
Ravneesh Aujla the country Manager for Tristar Transport Company said it was the second time that the company has built classrooms in the school.
He said the project was a request made by the headmaster for additional classrooms and toilet to be built for the pupils.
“We will continue to support the school and the communities in the country and particularly youth and children so that the country can move towards peace and development,” he added.
George Alex, the Headmaster of Gabat Primary School said the school has been facing a lot of challenges including lack of latrines and classrooms.
I wish Tristar to build more blocks to support the school activities, we have more space,” he said.
Last month Tristar Company launched computer Centre at Gabat Primary School and currently the company is conducting computer training at the school for the children and teachers as well.
The company is also conducting various activities to engage with the youth and communities.
