Tristar Donates Computers, Textbooks to Gabat Primary School

Tristar Company has donated a number of text books to Gabat Primary School in Juba.
Jubek State Minister of Education Dr. Wani Sule Lado received the donation which also included other resources. He said the firm will also install solar panels in the school.
Addressing the press yesterday, the minister thanked the firm for the continued support for the education sector.
“The donation will solve some challenges facing us in the school like building toilets for the girls and additional class room, and computers for the administration. This is a very big achievement,” Sule added.
He said students will have access to the computer lab to expand their knowledge.
Tristar Group Chief Executive, Eugene Mayne said they have constructed classrooms and plans are underway to install solar panels. The partnership started three years ago.
He thanked the Jubek State Minster of Education for the commitment in advancing education in the county.
“Every year I would like to add something in terms of infrastructure and that is why I am happy to see the school has grown. The number of students has increased that means we have to accept to provide more facilities,” he added.
He revealed that Tristar wants to provide computer classes to every school.
“Going forward, we will supply laptops and teachers who will teach them. I hope one day this school will be producing engineers and doctors,” Mr. Mayne said.
George Alex Sule, the headmaster of Gabat Primary School thanked Tristar Company for supporting the school.
