Terekeka authorities demarcate Liggi Payam

The Minister of Physical Infrastructure in Terekeka State has launched the demarcation of Liggi Payam in Tigor County over the weekend.
The demarcation exercise is a continuation of a process that started in 2017, according to the state authorities.
Speaking to the press, Nyokun Wani, the minister of physical infrastructure, who also represented Jacob Gore, the state governor said the exercise is part of implementing the vision of taking towns to the people.
He urged the community to support the state government’s efforts in developing the state.
Meanwhile the Commissioner of Tijor County, Lino Mogga Sule described the security situation in the county as normal.
He explained that process to Liggi has started since 2017.
He also called on South Sudanese to follow the right procedures to own a residential plot in Liggi.
For his part, the head chief of Liggi Payam, Romano Lado applauded the state government for including his payam in its development agenda.
