International University of East Africa offers Robotic Studies
International University of East Africa is one of the newest Universities in Uganda established in 2010, It is a non-profit private higher learning institution located in the Kansanga town, on your way to Kampala–Ggaba road, in the Southern part of Kampala Metropolitan area.
The campus measure 15 acres (6.1 ha) with campus infrastructure that can accommodate more than 10,000 students according to the Chancellor of UEA Professor Emmanuel Tumusiime Mutebile, the current Governor of the Central Bank of Uganda.
The University is the leading in Eastern Africa which offers the robotic and human artificial intelligence courses according to Dr. Emeka Akaezuwa the Dean faculty of science and technology who categorically explained in details how robotic skills can help people to reduce laziness and financial problems organizations face when dealing with human beings in term of labor efficiency.
In an interview with Resident Director of (IUEA) Mr. Hassan Alwi confidently told Juba Monitor newspaper reporter in his office that the level of partnership of International University of East Africa established with other international higher institutions of learning to partner with University and deliver unique and quality education is rarely found in Eastern Africa and Uganda in particular.
The faculty of science and technology held a robotic workshop demonstrating the capacity and capability the University have in terms of robotic skills locally produced and assembled here in Uganda using recycle materials purely local in nature instead of importing items abroad and to assemble in the University.
In a separate statement made by highly respected professor D.S. Dawoud acting Vice Chancellor and Dean faculty of engineering echoed the same sentiments said by Dr. Emeka Akaezuwa, a well known professor who knows the goodness of human artificial intelligence and how it should be used to improve African ways of living in term of agriculture and fighting wars against terrorists in Africa and the entire world using robotic skills developed in the University.
The major clients of International University of East Africa are South Sudanese students and more importantly students of robotic class are South Sudanese nationals Dr. Emeka Akaezuwa, lecturer at International University of East Africa told Juba Monitor that our best students come from South Sudan despite economic crisis facing the country the students still have the courage and creativity to learn artificial intelligence and robotic movement very effectively to be honest, I am very proud to see students of world youngest nation performing excellence in the field of human and robotic intelligence.
