The Ministry of Justice is in the process to fix a date for the court hearing for the three siblings who were slain at Rock City residential in Juba last month.
The siblings were murdered in a cold-blood by a close relative at their home while watching television.
Those who were arrested in connection with the incident, includes some family members, some neighbors living nearby and the suspect.
Speaking to Juba Monitor yesterday on phone, the Police Spokesperson Maj. Gen. Daniel Justine said that the police has finished investigating the matter and they have handed the case to the Ministry of Justice.
“The investigation is over and now the case has been sent to the court, but they have not fix a date,” said Justine.
He added that it is the duty of the court to decide on when the court hearing will be held.
