Born Leader secures collabo with Eddy Kenzo

Dancehall singer Peter aka Born Leader has secured a collaboration deal Easter African music stalwart Eddy Kenzo.
The collabo will be the first of its kind to happen in the history of South Sudan’s entertainment scene.
Born Leader who is based in Kapoeta told Juba Monitor that the song he will collaborate with Eddy Kenzo is about the beauty of Africa and how Africans can work together for the development of the continent.
“I have been in touch with the management of Eddy Kenzo and come January 2020 I will travel to Kampala and record at the studio of his choice, the song is about motherland Africa and the video will be shot in South Sudan”, said Born Leader.
Peter further explained that he chooses to work with Kenzo because of the need to expose the beauty of South Sudan to the world.
“Eddy Kenzo is an international artist and our project is meant to reach the world audience, which we will achieve through him (Kenzo)”, Peter said.
The management of Eddy Kenzo were contacted but told Juba Monitor that Eddy Kenzo was on transit for a concert.
Born Leader is known for songs such as African gals and he is a dancehall singer who sings both in Arabic, English and Jie.
The singer is famous for his single ‘Jie pese’ a song that praises the beauty of the Jie community.
