Bank of South Sudan’s officers to be trained in India
Bank of South Sudan’s Director General of Training and Director of Human Resources and Administration met Indian Amb S.D. Moorthy on 27th November, 2019 and sought India’s assistance to train BSS top and middle level officers in Indian Banking Services Institutes located in Delhi, Pune and Chennai.
Amb Moorthy assured them all required support to impart capacity building trainings to BSS officials in India. So far, about 15 BSS officials have attended various training courses in India during 2019. Indian banking industry is a mixture of public sector and private sector banks with the massive financial base which fuel the country’s economy striding forward steadily for the betterment of India. Amb Moorthy suggested BSS to consider sending a group of officials exclusively for some special courses like Cyber Security, Auditing, Banking Services and in related banking fields.
