Korea Church hands over School facility to government

Seoul Light and Salt Church, handed over a constructed School facility to the government to Straight Link Orphanage and Primary School in the country.

Seoul Light and Salt Church is one of Korean churches that have been involved in building schools for vulnerable Countries who suffered insufficient education opportunities across the globe.

The apostolic completed the construction of eight classrooms, four offices and library including a Multi-purpose building of about 300 meters of concrete wall.

Speaking at the handing over ceremony, the Minister of Gender, Child and Social Welfare and the Acting Minister of General Education and Instructions Awut Deng Achuil applauded the step taken by the Korean church in building school for South Sudanese children to take learning.

She described the facility as it will serve a very valuable place for vulnerable children to have access to education in an environment that is conducive.

Minister Awut appreciated the Korean Church Delegation headed by Pastor, Hyun Sam Cho and the Donor Mr. Kwang Seok Park for their Support.

The hand-over ceremony was attended by government officials including Jubek State Education Minister and Luri country commissioner along with Korea Mission for South Sudan Mr. Kee Choon Kim and Mr. Heung Se Lim.

Mr.Lim also serves as national football team coach.
